What photos should I include?

We recommend including at least 10-15 high-quality photos showing:

• Exterior from all angles
• Interior front and rear seats
• Dashboard and instrument cluster
• Engine bay
• Wheels and tires
• Any damage or imperfections
• Service records or documentation

Can I edit my listing after it's published?

Yes! You can edit your listing at any time from your dashboard. Changes to price or major details may require re-approval.

How do I handle test drives?

We recommend meeting potential buyers in a safe, public location. Always verify their driver's license and insurance before allowing a test drive. Consider having a friend accompany you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is handled directly between buyer and seller. We recommend secure methods like bank transfers, cashier's checks, or escrow services for high-value transactions. Never accept personal checks or wire transfers from unknown parties.

Do I need to provide a vehicle history report?

While not required, providing a vehicle history report significantly increases buyer confidence and can help sell your car faster. We offer integrated vehicle history reports for all listings.

Can I offer financing or down payment options?

Yes! You can set a down payment amount when creating your listing. This allows buyers to reserve your vehicle with a partial payment. Final financing arrangements are between you and the buyer.

What happens after my car sells?

After the sale:

• Complete the bill of sale and transfer title
• Remove license plates (if required in your state)
• Cancel your insurance
• Notify your DMV of the sale
• Mark the listing as sold in your dashboard

Can I cancel my listing?

Yes, you can remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. If you have pending orders, please communicate with the buyers before canceling.
